Pitbull Server - (Windows but runs on Mac/Linux using Mono or Wine) it features 4 GB file size fixes, 256bit-AES 4096bit-RSA encryption, commands, comments on windows, complex rule sets similar to .htaccess, ability to give ownership of folders to individual users who gain admin right (create folders, delete, rename etc etc) within such folders. It contains a built-in tracker and full GUI. It also contains a powerful script language that lets you create custom commands and plugins to the server the scripting language is so powerful and dynamic that you can edit your commands source code in real time without needing to restart the server. It uses Sputnik for the scripting language which is a programming language created by UberFoX.
